Anatomy and Physiology students prepared for dissection this week with a "dress rehearsal" where they dissected fruit. In Ms. Peixe ELA students imagined an alternative ending to The Great Gatsby and put Gatsby on trial. A team of students acted as the prosecution, and another team acted as the defense. Sophomores in Ms. Peixe's Honors US II class read excerpts from two textbooks and used their reasoning skills to decide which textbook was from South Korea and which was from North Korea. Yesterday our schoolwide volleyball tournament was held, It was a very exciting moment for the Surgical Spikers to claim victory yesterday and earn the title as the Chieftain Volleyball Classic champions of 2025!
